Pro-Habits Sessions

Each month we have 2 power sessions on 1 key theme. The first sessions gets you to think deeply about one key frame for your habits.


The follow up sessions as what you've actually done.

1-2-1 Coaching

You get two 60 minute coaching sessions to focus on the conversation that matters most to you.


Passionate About Inspiring Others

Have you been in a meeting and there has been someone who seems to think differently to the rest of the room? I'm one of those rare breed of people who just see the world from a different point of view. That is my gift. I have connected this with a coaching approach and my ability to offer an alternative perspective. 

My different take on the world is counterbalanced with membership of the Institute of Leadership Management (ILM) as I hold a Level 7 Diploma in Leadership and Management. This allows me to apply tried and tested business thinking alongside my unquie take on the world.

Prior to completing the ILM certifcation, I worked at a revolutionary organisation called RHP. For 5 years, I was immersed in an organisation that wanted to be the best employer in the UK and best customer service provider in the UK. This experience taught me what great looked like and sparked the thought that anything is possible.

I've spent the last few years working in the Prop-tech sector and as the Operations Manager for an industry leading SaaS platform. I've covered a plethora of different business functions from Owning ISO:27001, growing a people focused culture and driving a brilliant customer service team.
